With the complexity of systems and the number of different systems installed we have teamed with others to cover ALL aspects of Air Conditioning and Air Handling systems.This ensures that the reports generated are complete, accurate and relevant to the particular type of equipment installed.

We generally work on a dayrate basis with a fee of £400.00 + lodgement costs per day with a 1/2 day rate of £250.00 + lodgement costs, however if your systems are complex we would prefer to quote more specifically for the work required.

For an ACEA Compliance report following a visual inspection of the plant. The quoted fee includes the cost of the certificate. 

We  can also offer a Comprehensive Report (Executive Summary, Plant capacity, Quick Win Solutions (Basic), Capital Investment (Summary),
Good Practice Guide, Sources of Funding (Basic), system usage & recommendations) for an additional fee of £75.00 + VAT.

If you wish an ACEA "Comprehensive Plus" Report, which is an invasive and diagnostic approach that offers higher levels of energy saving.
This method typically requires equipment to be shut down for short periods to allow for internal components to be assessed and readings taken such as air volumes, static pressures, currents, power factors and power consumption, the total fee would be increased £300 + VAT.

All 3  noted above include filing onto the Landmark Register and all quotes are subject to the accuracy of the information you have supplied and
subject to our usual Terms and Conditions.

Our quotations are based on the equipment being sited at 1 registered address and therefore only 1 lodgement required.

If the property has more than 1 registered address(for example 22/28) then a report is required for each address and consequently the lodgement charge is increased by 3 in this example.

We can provide examples of the work and reports provided by our assessors to many Government departments, Educational establishments and Commercial portfolio holders.

Another requirement of the legislation covering air conditioning and air handling equipment is the holding of an fGas Register that records ALL the refrigerant gases held and or used on the site.
